  • Access to the online members portal

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Digital Delivery: Instant upon successful payment and registration
  • Physical Kit Delivery: 7–10 working days within India

3. Shipping Areas

We currently ship physical membership kits to all major cities and towns across India. Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: No additional charges for delivery within India
  • International Shipping: Currently not available

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your physical kit is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS and email. You can track your shipment using our partner courier’s website.

6. Undelivered / Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address, recipient unavailable, or any other reason, we will contact you to reconfirm details and reship at no extra cost.

7. Damaged or Missing Items
